In the 1940 combined Europe-Pacific version, suppose an American battleship, cruiser, and transport with two infantry travel from SZ101 to SZ91 off the coast of Gibraltar and Morocco, with a strategic bomber flying over them. Â A lone German transport is in SZ91 off the coast of Gibraltar, with 1 infantry on Gibraltar. Â Can the strategic bomber automatically destroy the German transport in SZ91 and allow the battleship and cruiser to bombard Gibraltar while the American transport unloads its infantry onto Gibraltar for an amphibious assault? Â Or do both the ships AND the bomber have to ignore the transport to carry out the amphibious assault on Gibraltar? Â Thanx!!!

How do US Industrial Centers start in Europe vs. Global rules?
Are the Industrial Centers in the United States limited to “minor” status in just the Global rules? If I am playing just the European side of the war, can the US Industrial Centers start with “major” status? Seems like the rules are written such that they are limited only to “minor” status when playing under Global rules.

Hello!!! My son and I live in Clinton, IL. Just recently bought both halves of 1940 A&A. My work schedule is pretty hit and miss, so I’m just seeing if there’s still some interest out there.
