Tweaked Russia NO for G1940.2: "Red spread"

Yeah, I get a spy isn’t a single unit. I don’t think an infantry is one soldier.

But you can use them in any battle you choose, so you can have 2 Admirals, or 2 Generals… why can’t we rewrite history like the game proposes?

Admirals and Generals are collectively known as Flag Officers, at least in some nations, so you could use that single term for both categories.

Another way to consider this is the BOTB/D-DAY style models, were units can occupy the same territory.  With one round of ensuing combat.

If units become totally encircled… they can’t move and operate poorly.

I like it too.
As Japan I spend the whole game fearing being stabbed in the back by Russia and then having to turn my most mobile units around to deal with that backstabbing.
At the moment, with the Mongolia thing, I think Japan gets the worse deal of the two nations.
