hmmm, thought I had the latest?? To be honest I am not quite certain what the differences are other than Russia doesn’t get some early money that they had in 2 and perhaps some islands NO’s?? I should study as it can effect outcomes…. & Philosophical? What do you mean, I will throw dice, therefore I will get 5’s and 6’s at the worst possible time??

You realise by not taking Normandy you don’t activate Vichy?
ive been plying. Bit more conservatively as I’ve been getting diced lately and I also wonder if it is worth it. It seems USA and U.K. Take the Vichy AFRICA territory quickly, can place airbases and harbors. I like Germany having the med ic. You see it as a large axis advantage?
