No scramble, but in the future best to wait for my reply. Suppose I got bad dice in 111. Then I could say “no i wanted to scramble” and then you’d have to re-roll.

Seems I’ve saved the wrong setup map, that was the map with allies +6. But if you remove the ss I figure the rest should be ok.
Since scramble seemed like a bad idea and 0 hits from you in either battles isn’t to far from a medium result I’d figured I could go ahead.

I also notice an art in sudan that shouldn’t be there.
I will doublecheck this for accuracy to 3.9 and try to save a starting file for myself when done.

Well, I checked a bunch of powers, then got bored of the tedium, so will finish it later.
An inf was missing in Egy and there was an extra art in Sudan.
This is the correct starting set-up, barring errors yet un-noticed in the original.
