@gamerman01 Woops! Yes, thanks. It’s funny, I played the full turn on Local, thinking it was Forum (when I moved the AA guns) - very disappointed when I found out I had to roll again, but you still only got 1 hit in Novo, so it worked out.

@Stucifer My understanding was that you had to have a land unit in the territory to be able to carrier scramble - that’s what it says in the Rules. As you only had a bomber (which is not a land unit - see China’s garrison rules), I assumed you didn’t get a scramble. Do I have that wrong?

If so, no problem - I’ll change a couple of things for the USA turn in the Pacific, if that works for you (no combat).
