Feel free to adjust US purchase - as long as the change is not due to dice/knowledge of battle-results.

OK to move Russia troops from Buryatia to Amur, but then I would likely need to make adjustments to Japans turn, so please confirm that this is what you want.
It would be cleaner to continue with map based on J3…
