Elite Tank goes by oob rules
An Elite Tank unit operates under Tank unit rules

It seems obvious but just to clarify, it negates the oob Tank boosting Tac to A4 as in this case the Tac is boosting the Elite Tank.

I had the same issue once and clearing the cache plus restarting the game fixed it. Also double check your firewall settings—mine was blocking something and caused the load to hang.

Thanks for the notice about your timing of play,

I would have done this afternoon but got a nasty migraine
Now that I know I have a week I can go at my leisure, though right now you’re the only one in my queue (shocker) so may be soon anyway. If you could watch for scramble/casualty choice decisions from time to time that would be nice
