Our best hope, if we want to evacuate Normandy-Bordeaux would be putting the the transport in sea zone 110, pray Germany does something weird and hits sea zones 109, 111, 93, 106, and/or 91 and doesn’t invade Normandy-Bordeaux. Then we can evacuate them on France’s first turn, probably the only time they can evacuate it (unless the German player just leaves the territory alone for a while).

This is pretty obvious though and if I were the German player I’d definitely go after sea zone 110 to prevent this. You never know…
