I’m not an expert, but some thoughts:
I’m surprised how willing your opponent was to do attacks I would consider rather risky, like 2 infantry attacking 1 infantry, or that Egypt attack by the British on turn 3. I’m much more conservative with regards to dice. You should’ve done something with the Italians in East Africa. At the very least, you should’ve consolidated them in Ethiopia. Since the British were set up to kill you on turn 2 anyway, you could’ve at least grabbed Kenya to get 1 extra IPC, or even split between Kenya and British Somaliland to deny the British their national objective. Unless you were deliberately baiting the Soviets, it was probably not a good idea to let 5 infantry in Finland die. The Soviets really screwed up in Bessarbia on turn 3. You expanding the German navy a bit wasn’t a bad idea and you used it well. You should never, ever do what Japan did in Kweichow on turn 4. It’s always a risky bet to send aircraft alone to destroy lower value ground units, but it’s far too dangerous, even for a nation with as many aircraft as Japan, to send 1 aircraft against a single infantry. Not only is there only a 50% of destroying the infantry in one round of combat, there’s a 1/3 chance of losing that 11 IPC unit. If you are to use huge amounts of aircraft Japan to blow up a big ground unit stack, you should bring to bear overwhelming force (2 planes per ground unit is an okay rule of thumb) and a few infantry to soak up hits. Speaking of which, I’d like to know your experiences with Japanese industrial complexes on mainland Asia besides Korea, which seems to have made China harder for Japan than it should’ve been. Nice hit on Gibraltar by the Italians on turn 4, and pretty bad play by the Americans in that regard. Italy’s Egypt attack on turn 6 was pretty poor. You only had about a 35-45% chance of winning.
Overall, I would say that most of your Axis moves were reasonable, with room for improvement.

Personally, I think this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fRi3aIsj8P8) gives a great Japanese strategy that’s probably better than what you did.

Germany on the Eastern Front is a bit trickier, especially if the Soviets have a substantial bid. I don’t have as much experience in this department, so I won’t offer any advice here.
