Rockets from Gibraltar hitting the Eastern US?

That seems impossible. Per the rules, rockets can only travel 4 spaces. You would have to cross 4 sea zones (including 91), and then take an extra space to land in the Eastern US.

New Zealand-Argentina is possible though.

A close second is the Chinese territory Tsinghai to a complex in Romania, through the Black Sea. About 7000 km.
