Mechelen Incident: Major Reinberger (Luftwaffe) land his plane in neutral Belgium and turn over secret war plans for germanys winter campaign against France. Holl/Belgium now decide to mobilize all troops. Also, Daladier and Chamberlain decide to counter the german war plan with a combat move into neutral Holl/Belguim, a move that later will turn out to be fatal.

Admiral Darlan propose to invade neutral Norway and Sweden to cut off the iron ore trade, and also bomb russian oil fields in Baku, to punish Stalin.
