Great game report,

Truly an intense fight until the very end.

The game seemed balanced most of the way - until the Axis started loosing High Value Territories to Allied forces, without being able to re-capture and hold on to those territories.

When we analyze our game reports it is obvious that an Economic Victory is by far the most numerous Victory Condition.

Since an attack on a Capital, such as Moscow, will require an overwhelming and concentrated number of Hard Hitting Units, for the most part it is not worth the try.
Which is why an Economic Victory is more recommended.

When the Strategic Planning includes an Economic Victory - which in the end would result in a Military Victory anyway - the War will have to be a War of Attrition.

In Global 1940 Expansion, this Strategic Plan requires more thought and skill than in any other Axis & Allies game.

Concerning your game report, we are impressed by the scale, number and variety of units included in your Production and Combat.
