No, I am not in favor of agreeing to low luck rerolls in advance.
However, there are certain situations where I may offer you a re-roll or take the average results instead, but I don’t normally.

Hm, you did lose your battleship when you had a 40% chance of keeping it and you did lose a guy in Yugoslavia (seems like I often whiff) but yes that went swimmingly.
