Axis & Allies WWI 1914 Preview: Six Second Unboxing Video

| March 8, 2013 | 10 Comments

The preview copy of Axis & Allies WWI 1914 finally arrived and to get started I created a 6 second video on Vine to show the opening of the box. The video shows all of the components that are included with the game. The box itself measures 18.25″ x 12.25″ x 3″ (46.4cm x 31.8cm x 7.6cm).

I really dont understand why they made it sideways on the board its going to weird on a table and if the size is of 1940 its even going to be more difficult to put it on a table

  2. Brien says:

Thanks for the quick video. Looks great. Can’t wait for more previews!

  3. Hardy says:

I really like how they made the map corner to corner. It will make it easier for all players to see the board while playing on the table.

Can you slow the video? please

  5. Wittmann says:

    Thanks djensen.
Think you may have given me a headache though!

Click on the video to pause it and get a better look. Thankfully the piece sizes are a lot closer to each other than the 3D generated board shot implied.

If you click on the video,it will pause it so you can look at it

In the future,I hope they will make another half map of 1914 that will include the pacific islands and asia with south america and western US with new units such as cavalry and machine guns, bombers or zeppelins would be cool too
