      @warrafael:

      I have two quick questions regarding UK and Germany NOs

      Germany

      5 IPCs per territory if Germany controls Novgorod (Leningrad), Volgograd (Stalongrad) and/or Russia (Moscow).

      It may sound silly but I want to make sure that I have understood it correctly.
      Does it mean that from the time Germany gets i.e. Novgorod, it get 5 IPCs as bonus income ?
      Or will Germany receive 15 IPCs all at once in each turn iwhen conquers and holds all three areas ?

      United Kingdom

      5 IPCs if the United Kingdom controls all of its original territories in its European economy

      If Germany conquers Iceland or Chipre for instance, does the UK lose this bonus income ?

      German NO: 5 for one territory, 10 for two, 15 for three territories.

      UK NO: Correct!

      HTH 🙂

      To clarify, land units must end their combat movement upon entering a hostile territory (blitzing tanks being the exception), sea units must end their combat movement upon entering a hostile sea zone (subs being the exception, if there are no enemy destroyers), and air units may move freely through hostile spaces.

      All units must end their combat movement either under the above restrictions or in a space in which combat will occur (which may or may not be the same thing).  Of course, there are various exceptions to this, such as transports conducting an amphibious assault from a friendly sea zone and sea units moving from a hostile sea zone to escape combat.

      Neither land nor sea units may move in noncombat movement if they either moved in combat movement or participated in combat.  However, air units may (and possibly must) move in both phases, as they must return to a safe landing space after combat, and this is done in the noncombat movement phase.

      The reason that defending Surprise Strike casualties are moved behind the casualty strip is that some of them may be subs, which will return fire if there are no attacking destroyers.

      Moralecheck is right. The point of air superiority is not to represent CONTROL of the skies, but support/escort capabilities that give the tacs a chance to hit facilities or whatever.

      @mastermind93:

      Unless I’m mistaken, don’t AA-guns in 1940 only fire at a max of 3 enemy planes?

      The number of AA shots is either 3x the number of AA,or the number of planes,whichever is the lesser. Right Krieg?

      @AA:

      sorry for the long intro. 😄

      Long intros are fine but they usually go better with proper punctuation.  😉

      I know,lol,my mom keeps telling me that.

      @AA:

      Nice.I’m going to have to try that. :evil:

      It is pretty neat maneuver.  It is easy to forget in G’canal that you still need land units. But you only get that trick once at most per opponent.  :lol:

      Once again, Thank you very much !

      It is certainly more interesting to add more than 3 players in the game, but I’m having difficulties to find even one (not by PBEM or online I mean).

      I’d love to see your cruiser rules when they are ready.
