Might be a bit late to the party on this but your images aren’t showing anymore due to photobucket trying to shakedown anyone embeddig their images on other sites. Might I suggest downloading them from photobucket and creating a new album on another image hosting service? Imgur is pretty great for that.

Does a carrier autokill a transport?
Having a debate with another player, he has moved an empty carrier into a SZ where I have a transport to claim an autokill. However, because a carrier has no attack value, combat cannot occur, right? Therefore the empty carrier alone cannot kill my transport?
Building Naval Units in a Hostile Seazone
So I know it is possible to build naval units in a hostile Sea Zone (let’s say SZ 97), but I was wondering if it is possible to non-combat move 2 planes into that hostile sea zone to land on a carrier to be built at the end of the turn?
Air Base in Holland/Belgium?
I am still relatively new to this game, with only a few games under my belt, and I am looking to expand my strategical thinking a lot. But I thought it might be a good idea to check here first to see if there are any flaws to this strategy before trying it in my next game and potentially ruining thr game for my fellow Axis player
I was thinking of buying an airbase in Holland G1, because I noticed a tendancy to land aircraft there after the 110/111SZ battles. Usually after the 110 battle I would have a damaged battleship sitting there, which ends up hit by a UK fighter and destroyer. However with the airbase there I could scramble many planes in to defend it, causing the UK player to think twice about attacking the battleship. If you took Normandy G1 this could also mean your battleship gets repaired, keeping your navy in an even more annoying position for the UK to deal with.
Anything that could hinder this strategy I haven’t thought of?
