My opponent got HB and Super sub very early in the game. That said, if it weren’T of my luck, we would probably be dead by now. Oh yea, he is usa. Can you ask for better tech?

RE: Do you want europe NAs like in AAR??
Balancing the game with na will be hard. In revised, allied NA were so much better than axis NA. Joint strike, Ic for UK… Lend lease…

Online rulebook?
Hey all,
is there any online rulebook? Or will there be one?
thank you
Robert
But since we are here : can tactical bobmber scramble? We (me and friends) said no at first, now I believe we can
“Q. Can I scramble fighters or tactical bombers from Queensland or Western United States?
A. No. They can only be scrambled from island territories with airbases. An island is a single territory completely surrounded by a single sea zone.”
However, only fighter can be used to escort and defend during strategic bombing.Undefended transports that pass through a SZ that has a sub will get hit by the sub once (@2) correct? It doesn’t have to end its movement in the SZ where there is the sub.
If a nation is not at war against another one. Say Japan and UK. Can Japan ignore the UK fleet (which whom he is not at war) and pass through it to take some islands/territories? Or, to attack UK, you need to declave war? We think that the latter is correct. Or else, it could be very very ugly. Japan move everything in range of india. Ignore UK blockade and just drop everything in India, for example (not sure if its possible).
I’m sorry to ask these questions, as I’m sure they might have been answered already somewhere in the forum

RE: Is Carrier change to capital ship justifiable?
BUT, AC are capital ships. Just look at how they are being used in today’s navy (well, mainly US Navy). The entire fleet is centered around the AC. Battleship has been removed from all fleet, leaving AC as the only capital ship.
There are plenty of advantages in the new AC, but there are also a few disadvantages. They could have pushed them in the high 18 ipc I think.

RE: Russia
People, we can all agree that Canada just destroyed Russia

RE: Russia
You always have the choice. Each should have advantage and disadvantage. Some have bigger disadvantages, others less.

RE: Strat bombers vs infantry
Don’t forget the movie Pearl Harbour where a guy in a tower shoots down a plane with a gun…

RE: Do you want canada as a power
we don’t yet who the splitted country will be, so let’s not rejoice yet :) It could be a major disadvantage for Uk… If instead of having in the 40 ipc, she falls to 30…
Probably 50 ipc > 30 ipc + 10 (Anzac)+ 10 (CanadA) -
RE: Do you want canada as a power
Split income could be :
Anzac / UK / Canada ?
I was thinking India, but then, the roundels look exactly the same.
Both Anzac and Canada have the advantage of being almost “axis” proof. Anzac is a little closer to Japan, but shouldn’t be a big problem with USA backing them. Canada is almost untake-able unless USA fails some big time to cover America.I still believe UK will be the best nation overall in AA40 combo. No other nation is so spread around the map! They get action everywhere every turn. In Europe, in England island, in the sea, in Asia, in Africa, in the Pacific, everywhere!.

RE: Big News!

RE: Do you want canada as a power
In an ideal world, people would be ready to spend 12+ hours on a single Axis and Allies game

RE: In need of a new laptop
I’ve looked on Ebay. But due to my lack of knowledge of Apple, I’d rather avoid it. I don’t enough to prevent someone from ripping me (not stealing money, but selling me something that isn’t worth that much)
I’ll go have a look at dell

RE: What if I dont want to do it larrys way?
It will apparently be of same size. That said, they could cut some water to make ground bigger. But I think its good enough. Notice how much water there were in Pacific. Now, remove that water and turn them into ground. I think AA40e will be good

RE: In need of a new laptop
meaning 999$ converted to about 1000++$ canadian. Add in the terrific shipping costs = above my 1000$ that I want to spend
