Never take Hawaii,it’s really a bad idea and having carriers withing 3 spaces of it is REALLY BAD!!!Trust me,I lost 3 carriers and all their fighters,1 battleship,3 destroyers and like 4 transports full of troops to US bombers and fighters in like the 3rd turn.

Those rules make yours a completely different game.  So, I don’t really have much to add from a strategy perspective.  It’s not really AAPacific at all.  It is simply an A&A-type game played on the AAPacific map.  Sounds like fun, though.

Is anybody familiar with the game ‘Case Blue’ or any other games that use the Operational Combat System for game play?

Bold plan there, but as someone else said that was very lucky. If the AA scored a hit I think you would have lost. Good job though and I’m pretty sure that those guys were pissed, lol.
