@robson I have not read YG’s opening synopsis. Great way of putting it for each power! And yep, UKP can attack (Or move into China which results in a state of war) at anytime. There are advantages because it immediately gives UKP a 10ipc bump and the ability to build more units in India… I know when I played it I weighed that vs. US earlier involvement. Soooo many decisions early! Heck, I built a mnrIC for Germany… who does that? 😉
