Yes. I didn’t state it correctly there. The point is stacking up warships with the intent of Bombardment can be negated pretty easily with this rule.

No, they can not be taken as casualties. Only if the attacker sends a destroyer with his planes can your subs be removed by air attacks.

Every fighter has to have a way to land, whether you think it will be shot down or not. If you can’t come up with a way for it to land, it can’t attack.
