Yes, you are very right.
My point is just that the China rules to me are very unclear (in terms of Mobilize New Units)
And that you can just over come the “max three or more rule” by moving China’s units and make space for the new units.

You are correct. As long as there are no units in a Chinese territory, they can place up to 3 units there during mobilization. So if you move all units out of a territory, you can then place your new units there, and repeat this ad-nauseum.

It’s not overpowered though as Chinese units can not leave China, so if this is happening chances are Japan is ignoring China anyway (as they can easily go around and ignore it). So go ahead a load up those infantry in China. If they are being completely ignored by Japan (I frequently ignore China as Japan), they’ll sit there, completely useless.

The territory goes to China.  The IC remains in the territory under Chinese control, but China cannot use it.  The rule that says that the IC would be destroyed is in AAP40, not AA50.

Dangit.  I guess we’re going to have to re-place that factory!  On the upside, that gives the Japanese something to shoot for (again).

the fact that the game is not set for a re-print would encourage a lot of people to purchase at least 2 set’s,
if 1 set were lost or chewed by a dog or similar household pet, without the option to go to a local shop to purchase a replacement, most players would purchase 2 set’s,
i should get a copy soon, before they are all sold,
i had 1 ordered, and the shop was out of stock and have not replied to the re-order,
i would suppose that they have not got a re-stock,

if risk 40th anniversary is the 1 with the cities and arrow marker’s, i have seen that in stock a few month’s ago,
i did not purchase the game because i thought that they could have made a more comprehensive game, and they really made a sub standard effort with the playing pieces,
the new rules could have been more expansive while keeping the fast pace intact

my best bet would have beeen amazon anyway ;)
