So i am watching this on the History channel, and it is about the Mayans in Belize! This is great - he went on a tour of Actun Tunichal Machnal - the same thing i paid $US 80 to do when i was working there, and i just had to laugh as he played up the action adventure bit. There was something a little nostalgic about it, however - it reminded me of my visit.
Fun graphics, and the history was quite accurate as i had studied it, tho’. -
Was this the show that they covered one of the sacred caves in the area? To clarify, one of the spelunker teams tried to reach as far down in the cave as possible, yet ran into a problem when one of the crew dislocated his shoulder and went into shock.
I ask because I was trying to remember the name of the cave to see if I could find some images of the amazing artwork that was done.

This is a good show, I haven’t seen it on in a long time and I don’t get the History Channel up here at school.
