Egg Muffin (scrambled eggs w/ sausage (or fake sausage ‘soy crumbles’ in my case), scallions and cheese all mixed together (while the eggs are raw) and baked in a muffin pan.
And a soy patty (morningstar farms fake sausage)

Vietnamese food. It was horrible. I have eaten every meal at restaurants without fail since 1988. I don’t waste my time with cooking.
I never drink hot drinks unless i was forced at gunpoint. And even then id take the bullet.
Iced Tea/ Caff free diet pepsi thats it.

Nah, they usually feed me well, but I was stuck up in a guard tower and I just cant abide eating a meal while on guard duty. Nobody else has a problem with it. :-P

I am pretty boring when it comes to breakfast…
The only excitement is when I occasionally do a Chik-fil-A Breakfast Chicken Burrito with that awesome jalepeno sauce of theirs… :-D

I’m on Seattle Sutton’s Healthy Eating, I had an omelet, some pineapple juice, 8 ounces of skim milk and a 24 ounce water for breakfast, today. Lunch wasn’t much better, wafer, beats and some un-cheesy macaroni and cheese, and dinner was just horrible, turkey loaf, boiled cabbage, creamed corn and milk.
Normally the food isn’t so bad. It’s just like 2 or 3 meals a week that you really have to wonder who designed them. Hey, and at least even if I don’t lose the last few pounds I want before summer, the doctors should shut up about my cholesterol! There’s like NO SODIUM in this diet!
