    Swap a surviving Fighter in Mesopotamia for Artillery as you like. Be very careful if you attack an area defended with Tanks, because the game engine can’t block their powers on defense. If you’re just accepting the casualty picker choices without looking at it then the hits are going to be incorrectly assigned to the Tanks. Safest practice is to make sure all defending Tanks have their damage set to maximum before you roll the battle.

  • @Guderian1 I screwed up the amphibious assault on Turkey. which guy am I supposed to put on the 1 arty in the corner?

    when I have 1 guy and one plane in mesopotamia, can I withdraw both or only the plane?

    The player making the amphibious attack needs to put one of their own “coastal attacker” units in the box holding the matching number of defending Artillery. This will spawn a battle that has to be resolved before the main attack so you can remove any hits scored by the Artillery in the box from the attacker’s forces (these hits are limited to only affecting the units shipped in by sea). The German Artillery cannot be left on its own w/o matching German Infantry in Trans-Jordan, Infantry from troops on the same side do not count. So the correct final CP state for TJ should be 1 Ottoman infantry, 1 German Infantry + Artillery.

    The British Fighter can go anywhere subject to the Infantry rule. The Infantry in Mesopotamia can remain and not fight, or make a move into a space that was controlled by the UK (NOT the Entente as a whole) at the start of the UK turn, move into an Entente space that has UK units in it, or get on a boat to move into one of the types of spaces listed above (or stay on the boat).
