  • Forgot to do the naval combat, so started new game and got the Marti dice and then edited the results into the first game. Very frustrating naval loss, jinxed again as F navy. In games against Entek, twice, F attacked A in Aegean and lost, despite good odds. Also, my initial UK naval attack on T lost despite good odds. But I learned from that first time. Same as now, came down to F BB vs A BC. Last time, I gambled and lost. This time, I retreated to let the F BB repair, giving me the advantage. At least F got Tyrol and rolled better than G.

  • #$%^ I forgot to move the Italian fleet to join the Allied fleet. It would have been safe then and would have kept T blocked in. I saw the Italian fleet when I opened up the game, and planned on moving it. But forgot during NCM. Strange thing is, I checked around and edited the cavalry move in Africa, but overlooked the fleet. Italian fleet is an afterthought compared with the land moves. From now on, I will move NCM during combat. The Allies can hold, but the lose of 68 PUs in ships will hurt.

  • Didn’t risk taking G isles in Pacific or building tt in Sydney, since UK navy odds of sinking G fleet by GNG were good but not overwhelming. Now Pacific is free of G navy, and fleet that sank G fleet GEAfr can withstand U-boats. Partial evacuation of Basra, since you could put overwhelming power there. So took Baluch in force instead. Pleased with my turn, except no tech. But can’t complain, as G only has 1 tech for all its spending.
