    I would have been more conservative with my units, but it is a tough choice. Pulling units back towards Moscow will be critical if the Allies become so focused on the Pacific.

  • taking India back is a mistake as far as I can see. USA loses 2 PUs from not having W India, and Japan will gain 5 PUs when they sack the capitol again. I don’t think that you will be able to hold India for more than 1 turn as the IJN returns towards Malaya now that they have done their job of distracting the United States.

    Meanwhile you have big problems on the European side of the map. The Russian stack will get attacked by the German forces supported by the powerful airforce. Without any concern of an amphibious attack into W Europe, the Axis will be able to focus on pushing back into the oilfields. I think the Allies needed to have shifted toward more support in that area on this turn 8. The UK could have moved more towards NW Persia instead of contributing in the fight against Japan.

  • This was an attack on Bryansk where I planned to keep rolling a second round if the first round was average or better for dice. Since the rolls were a bit below expected, I was able to retreat my units and save them for an attack next turns. Not a big gamble with potentially huge payback if the dice went my way.


  • Do be careful of your Med fleet as they can be wiped off the map without much damage done to the Axis. Please note that I will very likely scramble the Italian fighters if you do decide to attack it with your fleet.
