    I actually assumed you understood the Vichy mechanics. I thought my ITA navy was safe. losing those trans does set me back quite a bit. would have been happier if the axis were awarded those planes. Adam and regular guy must have changed those rules for PtV.

    this must have been changed in later versions. the fighters changed to double winged WWI looking axis neutral brown color.
