  • **Revised Capital Capture Rules: The capture of a player’s capital results in the plunder of that player’s PUs only the first time the capital is taken. Subsequent recapture of the same capital results in the player’s PUs being destroyed.

    Revised Victory Conditions: If Germany is Allied control, an Axis victory in the Pacific requires 7 (rather than 6) Pacific VCs. If Japan is Allied control, an Axis victory in Europe requires 9 (rather than 8 ) Europe VCs.**

    An allied Victory is achieved when Allies hold Berlin and Japan and Rome for one full Turn and maintain controll of one of their Capitols.

    A full turn is for example:

    America gets hold on the last remaing capitol and is holding it till next round when the US Turn is up again.

    In our game you will need still to take out Rome (Italy) and Berlin (Germany).
    Since Italy is becoming a monster, there is no need right now at the moment to surrender but will Force me to get an additional VC in Europe.

    Or I manage somehow to liberate Japan, so that I only need 8 instaed of nine European VC’s again.
