  • @samuel06 OK. I’m going to check with the guys on the forum because I’d really like to know what the official ruling is.

    It seems in keeping with the game since you can unload after the naval combat but maybe the retreat would be viewed as taking that time. OTOH, if you are looking for game balance, a guy that just got diced is now being further punished by not being able to unload.
