    Kamikaze’s are only declared after an attack has been declared in a SZ with a Kami marker. I can move into a SZ, in either CM or NCM, and as long as I am not conducting an attack, no kami.

    Yes, but the one in SZ 6 would only be reachable by air. And you can scramble.

    Cruiser is the same. I can kill both, and still move in during NCM. It would probably be expensive. Quite possibly Pyrrhic.

    Neither of your purposed edits would have affected my move, or your possible reactions to mine. Just wanted to point out a 3 US fig trade for a fig, tac, cruiser at the end of the shallow (but growing) us logistical train wasn’t worth it. Would have weakened us fleet defense considerably to enter a sea zone where every pip matters. You could have done it as a set up to wear done us air - a worth it move if your income is in the 75-80. Not so much with your current income.
    And this move ties in the subs/ca from sz10.
    Very fluid pacific.

  • I definitely am unsure of the rules. But I believe you will be unable to load those transports unless you clear that sea zone. If 125 touches Norway or 126 you can load them there. Am I correct in this reading?

    You are reading it correct.
    It is a hostile sea zone. I can not load transports in SZ 112 during CM. If I clear sea zone, I can load them in NCM.
    I can load them in 125 and/or 126 during CM.
