    Anzac, rus, and uk can declare war on japan. Usa can not. If uk or anzac declares war, the other is automatically at war with japan. Usa in pacific can not end its turn next to a japanese controlled territory, but can be left next to, say, australia. In the atlantic, usa warships have to be left next to us territories with the exception of sz 102 - they can end there.

    1. Hopefully my planes show as being on the AC I just purchased in the Atlantic.

    2. Wasn’t really sure what to do with the US Philippine Navy. I kind of wanted to get them the hell out of there, but I’m totally cool with how they are placed now.

    3. Put the fighter on Guam- I think that was as far as he could run. If he could get to Szechwan legally, I 'd prefer him there. I think not though.

    1. Yes - you’re good.
      2 - They are good, but if you want to change it, you can go into edit mode (menu bar) and then click them, you’ll see delete unit on the right hand side in the action column, and then use the add unit button, to add them somewhere else. Most people are OK with edits if it occurs before combat rolling. i.s. you are china, so editing a NCM for the USA before china’s combat is not considered a big deal.
      3 - You are correct, and that is the standard move. He can not land on anyone else’s territory until USA is at war.

    4 - you are correct. you have to wait until the US is at war.

    If you go for taranto, I might want to scramble. So post at the end of combat movement, I’ll take a look and advise of scramble. Then when you proceed to combat, you will have to select the scramble option that I requested on my behalf.
    Sometimes, on complex or non obivous battles, it is good to ask for the order of loss. If you go taranto, I’ll cover both scramble and OOL on my reply.
