    Not sure why regularkid and Adam514 said PtV favors the Allies. From what I can tell it favors the Axis. Unless I am missing something in the Pacific. In my game with Trulpen I had to abandon the Med and Italy collected $29 on IT2. OUCH!

    I would definitely agree with you. The CV scramble rule significantly buffs the Japanese fleet early in the game. Makes it very hard to take any territory away from you.
