I know that Germany cannot enter an original Russian territory that has been taken over by Italy, and the same goes for Russia with Korea/Manchuria.
Checked with a local game and it seems that Japan may enter original Russian territories that has been taken over by Germany/Italy on their NCM without being at war with Russia. Is that correct?
My german moves will depend on if that’s possible or not.
In the BM3 rules there’s a note of “an Axis power may not move its units into originally Russian territory unless that Axis power is at war with Russia”, so it should not be possible without Japan DOWing.
