Tournament play in Sacramento??

This one is specific to an Axis & Allies game night on Sunday, March 15, 2020 in Davis, CA. Not far from Sacramento.
I also love the game but haven’t played with anyone in a few years! I’d be interested in gathering to play whenever I can! I have a newborn so it’s a hope and a prayer to get out but my time will come again!

I have a group of folks that we game at least once a month at each others homes. We started out playing a lot of Axis and Allies 1940 and we still play it. We also have a wide assortment of other Axis and Allies games as well.

We don’t really do “tournament” games though. They are just fairly casual easy going games. We are all well versed in the game and the strategies and always give each other good games.

We have a Bay Area tourney weekend once a year in January. You Sacramento boys are always welcome to join. One of our guys actually comes from Sacramento. The games we usually play are Global, Anniversary, 1942.2 and whatever anyone wants to play. It’s pretty laid back with good laughs and dice rolling

@cpadebo hey I live in Dixon and I have a couple of friends from sac I play a&a with from time to time. If you are still interested, I think they would be down. It’s pretty chill. We are most experienced in classic but lately we are learning global 40. We have played Europe, dday, zombies, and spring 42. Let me know.
