  • Yes, I was on the fence about the neutral thing but it takes a whole turn off the shuck between USA and Europe, and I only need to stack 91 instead of 91 AND 110/Southern France, whatever. We shall see if it was worth it. And Allies should get more net income than the Axis from the neutrals. The question is, can I stop Japan in time? I don’t know. She is huge. I really don’t know how to play the Allies. I’ve yet to win with them. Seems like Axis just have such an edge.
