if you want you can move a blocker and we can call it even.
you cant move bombers, they have nowhere to land. They arent allowed to land in Russia as Russia is not at war with Japan.
You can look at rules but for russia, europe side of map and pacific side of map is treated separately, can land in russia on europe side if at war with europe, can only land in pacific side of map if russia at war with japan.

Due to its separate treaties with Germany and Japan, the Soviet Union is in a unique position in its relationship with
the Axis powers. As a result, if the Soviet Union is at war with Axis powers on only one map, it is still under the
restrictions of being a neutral power (see “Powers Not at War with One Another,” page 15) on the other map. In other
words, a state of war with Japan lifts those restrictions from the Soviet Union on the Pacific map only, and a state of
war with Germany and/or Italy lifts those restrictions on the Europe map only.
Wow sorry I didn’t notice that rule before. I think it never was an issue in the past because in regular games I almost always declare war on Japan as USSR. Most of the games I have played have not been BM. I will repost the US turn if that is okay.
I had a suspicion I was missing something with that move.
I will only remove the attack. That would have been the only dice roll combat.
