silly question, but if sub 1 attacks sub 2, and hits, does sub 2 get to attack back?
Only exception would be if a destroyer was present.
Both attacking and defending subs fire together.
And, the exception Sankt posted is NOT accurate.
Both subs get to fire, regardless (the shots are simultaneous, consider it “torpedo in the water”)
The only things a DST being present changes:
The side with the DST gets to allow units hit by subs to fire a defensive shot (if it was not simultaneous “first fire” as it already is in the case of sub vs sub)
Prevents enemy subs from submerging.
