    Yeah, this move is certainly a 2-edged sword, taking a lot of green income and production capacity away but has its merits, too. Kills 3 Germans, spawns 4 Blueman, taking German income away etc.
    Allied troops and commanders were tired of playing defensively, they wanted to progress, so the HQ hat to offer them something.

    It makes the map more colorful, so this is at least something.
