@axis-dominion it looks like you NCMed units with your TT’s out of 101sz.
Since at the beginning of your US turn it was allready hostile made by a Ger Sub.
You can now only do an amphib assault or stay where you are until the sz becomes friendly to the next round.
That means you can kill it (Ger Sub) with your US assets, or UK asstes but your TT can’t perfom any NCM landings such as Brazil or N. Africa or Gib…
If you choose to kill my Sub feel free to Roll for it on dice roller via triple a or create a dummy and edit the results in your current file.

@aequitas-et-veritas nope it’s not like that, I decided to ignore your sub, so no combat took place. so long as no combat takes place, the TTs were not engaged and are free to move noncom.
some relevant quotes from the rulebook (emphases mine):
“Sea zones are either friendly or hostile. Friendly sea zones contain no surface warships (this doesn’t include submarines and transports) belonging to a power with which you are at war. Hostile sea zones contain surface warships belonging to a power with which you are at war. (The presence of a surface warship
belonging to an enemy power with which you are not yet at war doesn’t make a sea
zone hostile.)” (page 8)
“Whenever a transport offloads, it can’t move again that turn. If a transport retreats, it can’t offload that turn. still, however, your move was interesting as it did force me to move my ca back home, which is something I didn’t really consider (as without the ca or any other surface warship that can attack, I couldn’t ignore your sub)

The “sub hack” only prevents US from killing the sub and THEN doing NCM.
So by moving the sub into 101 you force US to choose, either kill the sub OR do NCM with the TTs.
The sub does not make the sz hostile, US can choose whether it wants to.
AD decided to ignore the sub so he can do whatever he wants with his TTs.

If it is ok with you, i would like to move the 123 into 121sz and the 106 into 101sz.
I was a little mad about my self positioning my Ita tank into Bal.Sta. that i forgot to move and remove my two Sub.

Sure of course, feel free to move the subs. Also, feel free to recover your ita tank and place him with the rest of the army. We’ll just pretend the battle never happened and I’ll probably just adjust some minor non-com around there during Japan’s turn.

Not sure if I was clear, but go ahead with Japan and during that turn you may adjust the G subs as well as reclaim your Italian tank. You can leave the specific Russian edits to me if you want, or make them yourself is ok too (ie we pretend as if Baltic attack never happened).
