    Forgot about the scramble, so changed the US NCM by the Med. Also shifted a cr from Carolines to Hawaii.

    The client didn’t allow me to move 2 figs from Morocco to sz112 with the Brits. Can’t see why. I’ve got an ac there and will build one in sz110 for the 2 air from sz91 to land on. So I edited in 2 figs in UK, but those only have one move left. Can’t remove 2 figs from Morocco yet, but I will during the economic phase.

    So, scramble sz112?
