Despite Japan having the largest income, I have to build mostly troops to guard India and possible amphib invasion from the Allies. UK is putting almost all its builds and ANZAC all its builds against Japan. So, when U.S. puts most of its builds in the Pacific, Japan is being outspent. The army in Siberia finally advanced to the gates of Moscow. But now my mobile units are far from India, yet not strong enough to withstand Russian air attacks. You’ve slowly but steadily increased the garrisons guarding the victory cities of Hawaii and Australia. Now that your combined Pacific fleet is massive, you can advance and begin to chip away at my empire.

Sorry about the edits. When it came to placing my infantry builds, I changed my mind and did some NCMs. Convoyed 2 infantry > Norway & moved 1 from Finland > Norway. The edit in Yugo was unnecessary, as I should have just undone the build instead. The build up of U.S. fleet and air on E. Coast is worrisome. Russia is reduced to its Capital and 2 non-value territories. It gets one last sizable build and then has to counterattack the Germans, Italians and Japanese in all directions.
