You should have notified me that you retroactively made a combat via edit. You removed my DD from sz16 and added a U.S. sub to sz16. But you didn’t remove a U.S. sub from sz26 to reflect the unit that went to sz16. I couldn’t identify marti emails related to the delayed combat, to tell whether you recreated the battle using marti and whether my DD gave a hit.
The dice on my turn were perverse. About the only hit that Japan took on its turn, was to the DD that was to be a blocker. So I had to put another DD in its place. Whereas, you missed in the other battles where I had excess units to absorb hits.
Will check beforehand for future retroactive battles. You are correct, there should be only 6 US subs in SZ 26. I apologize for my oversight. I forwarded a copy of the two emails from Marti, which were also addressed to you. Check your Junk box for the original or forwarded emails, because about half of my Marti emails go there.
No problem, just let me know after you post. Thanks for the copies of the marti emails. Lately, marti emails have been arriving delayed by hours or days or in my junk mail box.

Got sidetracked from planning Japan’s moves by Wizmark’s U.S./UK turn results against me. He invaded the true neutrals en mass, across the board. Never done that or had it done to me before. He had lots of ground troops in position in sz91 and NW Persia. I was doing well and gaining on him, but he still had slightly more income and units.

The edits were to finally unload the troops from transport to Caroline; NCM bomber in Japan > Yunnan; and hold back mobile units in Yunnan, instead of advancing full movement and exposing them to attack in Burma; plus rearranging other units between Sikang, Szech and Yunnan. The DD/sub duel off of W India went 8 rounds before your DD sank my sub. So lots of marti emails despite only 2 minor battles.
