BTW I am curious. Did you see I accidentally gave you about an 18% chance of taking Italy with the US and just decided it was too low odds? Or did you not see it? I did not notice it till I was doing the Japan Turn and of course could do nothing about it by then. Really upset me since it was just plain stupidity to do it. If the US had succeeded I had no counter attack.Just shows as a rule of thumb carrier planes should always be on the adjacent airbase instead of on the carrier. They still move just as far, still protect the carrier via scramble but have the added benefit of protecting the land area too. Just dumb because I like to see fighters flying over carries. Sheesh. Hope I learned that lesson!
