Since Grand Rapids, MI is the second biggest city in Michigan that has a population of 196,445, and the county it’s in has a population of 636,369, there has to be A&A players out there.
I’m looking for A&A players to play A&A with.
During Coulee Con in LaCrosse recently I ran 2 events… One on Friday night with 2 attendees one from Minneapolis and another local man. On Saturday I ran a Global 1940 game and had 4 attendees, 3 local and 1 from Platteville.
I am still looking for more players and any ideas on getting them together. I have contacts for the guys that showed up/
So if you are in the area and want to play–let me know and we can find a place to play.
Still looking? I’d be interested in playing! I cannot seem to find any players in my area. (west Michigan) My daughter lives in Wixom so I’d have a couch to stay on in that area. I’m 48 and a “veteran” of about 12 games of global w/ my sons. I turned my basement into a gaming room for the game. I, like you, am looking for a good opponent. Contact me at email@example.com if you’re still interested.
@djensen That would be great as well, a unity of effort on creating a player map would be awesome for local groups and figuring out where the best location to have a convention could be.
Ultimately, if you wanted to REALLY expand this, you could have this for all board games and filter out games people play and all other sorts of details.
But one step at a time, there are still issues with this method.
