  • @FMErwinRommel Thought I had blocked a landing but missed the marine on the battleship. Well played. Forces me to concentrate in home waters again whilst anzacs keep sneaking islands off me. Picking up enough income elsewhere to offset it a bit. You have pulled back to north africa I see. and British are starting to run out of money to play with the big boys.



  • Actually, UK had more money than production capacity in the Mideast. Otherwise, I wouldn’t have built subs in the Atlantic. With all the unit icons in the Carolines and sea zone, it was easy to overlook the marine.

  • Lousy dice. AA and your sub both hit despite 1/6 chance. Your Italian bomber didn’t get hit until its third bombing run. Mine got hit on its first raid. Since you had a DD, my subs didn’t get first strike, but your’s did, and hit on round 1. So one of my subs sank without firing, and the other missed. But ANZ got more cash and you have no transports to retake any territory this coming turn.

  • @wizmark hurray, I got the dice I wanted in a big battle. Looked bad with the AA. I am away from home until Saturday evening. So can’t assess the situation. You do have income advantage. And you only lost one plane. You have income and I.C.s to build troops. U.S. has planes.

  • Your builds and reinforcements already make you more powerful than the allies in the Cauc, offensively and defensively. Plus the Japanese are there. Although the Russians and Brits are strong enough to attack the Japanese.



  • I concede the game. Despite sinking the Japanese fleet and later defeating the stronger German army in southern Russia due to great dice, its hopeless. On to the rematch, where I hope that the Axis continues to win. I enjoyed the game, you are a worthy opponent. I will post my concession in the league results forum.
