Have not had my coffee yet and forgot that the Russian IC had been reduced to a minor IC. So, I mistakenly purchased 4 infantry + MI. After I could not place the 5 units in Russia, I realized my mistake. So I reduced the bombing damage from 5 to 1, placed the 4 infantry in Russia, and then reduced Russia’s IPCs from by 4 from 17 to 13 to pay for the unplaced MI.
