  • I decided it was in your best interest to to sink 9 of the 10 DDs and sink a third CV. The DD had the same defensive value as the CV, but protected against (two) pre-emptive sub strikes the following round.

    Marti definitely did the Axis a favor. The Japanese expected 19 hits the first round and got 23, the Allies expected 18 hits and got only 13. The Japanese then got another 23 hits the second round.


  • @ArtofWar1947 Yeah. I was not expecting an attack because the number of surviving unit was very low. That might very well have been a fatal blow for the allies.
