    It’s crazy! I’m glad to play and learn. I haven’t played this version enough to know things for sure, and that is what I was hoping low luck would help me with. And it has! I’ve played Russia as best I can. Wouldn’t do anything different. And yet, still lose my capital in 6 rounds. Wow!

    But, like I said, I wanted to know these things so I know going forward how much Allied intervention is needed. Answer: A lot more! Hahaha! A Germany first focus worked last game, but how much did the dice play into that? I switched it up to Japan first this game, just for some variety. It hasn’t impressed me.

    I think the magic number is 13-15 Allied units in Moscow to hold by Turn 6, half of that by Turn 5.

    That was a frustrating turn. I don’t understand why the game rolls bombardment separately. It just adds more, unnecessary, luck to the game. ANZAC has gotten screwed in Java again. First it was an infantry and an artillery attacking one infantry…no hits, wiped out. Now it’s an infantry, artillery, and cruiser bombardment against 2 infantry…no hits, wiped out. Oh well, spilt milk.

    I agree that bombardment should be added to the total pips. I see no reason to break it out. In a face to face game we could combine it.
