I am playing a game and can’t seem to get the dice roller to work. I’ve verified my email address and my opponent’s and other games seem to work. Anyone have an idea what might be causing this?

  • @Patryn I moved your topic to the TripleA support forum. Here we have already solved this issue a couple of times. So chances are good that we can sort it out for you, too.

Basically you need to update your Java 8 to the latest version and be sure that there is no outdated Java installation hidden on your system.

See for example https://www.axisandallies.org/forums/topic/32370/help-with-this-issue-dice-error/ for further details.

Please do accordingly. Please ask back in case you need further assistance.

@Panther Thank you, I will try to get that updated tomorrow. Worked on a different machine for me.

Worked on a different machine for me.

Yes, the Java background might be different there. Good luck!
