I think I had to be real aggressive with Japan like I was in order to put pressure on US. Other times with Japan (In a Sea Lion game), I just concentrated on India only which gave the US too much freedom. It takes too long for Japan to become the Allies’ real problem. Also, in our game Germany got some really good dice (G2) when I was setting up Sea Lion. I can’t count on that every game.
